An equity crowdfunding campaign on the Socios Inversores platform ran from November 2015 and closed around 4 May 2016. It raised €125K for 12% of the company at a €900K pre-money valuation, and the extension was meant to raise the total by up to 25%. The money went into bringing its optical tweezers technology to market, with developmental biology as the first use.
