First outside capital round (a capital increase) for the Tecnalia and Branka Solutions spin-off. Gestión de Capital Riesgo del País Vasco joined through its EZTEN FCR fund, alongside SFK. The round amount was not disclosed. The company said it would carry out a €1M investment plan for a manufacturing plant in Bizkaia (reported by Empresa XXI); that is the plant budget, not the size of the round.
