Niche Mobility, based in Figueres and at the Girona Science and Technology Park, closed a €1.6M capital increase to industrialise ADTS, its European-patented automatic gearshift motor for e-bikes. The increase was subscribed by the MONDRAGON Promotion Fund (managed by Clave Capital) and cooperative Copreci, alongside existing shareholders and a group of local Alt Empordà business angels led by the CEBA project; no single lead was designated.
