Spanish healthcare group Grupo Alter (Nutribén, Couldina, Germinal) became a shareholder through a €1M capital increase closed on 13 February 2018, halfway through the ONCOCHECK clinical project. That project was funded by a €3.1M EU Horizon 2020 SME Instrument grant in 2017, which is a grant and not a round. The company said it had raised more than €10M in capital up to then.
