LuxQuanta — Seed

Shortly after spinning out of ICFO in May 2021, LuxQuanta took an undisclosed corporate venture seed investment from Corning and GTD to bring its CV-QKD technology from the lab to market. No lead was named. The month is approximate: it comes from search metadata for the announcement, and ICFO's February 2022 newsletter also reported the deal.
