Oversubscribed Series A of €17.4M (about $19.2M), co-led by Sofinnova Partners and Forbion through its BioEconomy Fund. Existing investors Unovis Asset Management, Praesidium and Rubio Impact Ventures put money in again. The money goes to scaling MicroForce production, launching Shredded Nova-b*ef, commercial expansion and R&D. Spanish press puts the total raised at more than €25M, including tranches of public funding.
