Banc Sabadell, Mutual Médica and Mutualidad de la Abogacía put €1.4M into a capital increase and together took 25% of Pensium; the founders kept 52% and family offices held more than 23%. Separately, Catalana Occidente and Mutual Médica provided €3M to fund the rent advances, and Banc Sabadell agreed to sell the product under the 'ResiRent' brand. A 2017 seed round led by Ship2B that appears in Crunchbase could not be confirmed in the press, so it is left out.
