Floatech — Seed · €1M

Floatech, an IMDEA Materials spin-off developing 100% silicon anodes (Si⋮Coil®) for next-generation lithium-ion batteries, closed a €1 million round led by existing investor Grow Venture Partners, with Big Sur Ventures, Suma Capital and CDTI Innovación (Innvierte) following on and Banco Sabadell's BStartup entering as a new investor. The money will fund commercialisation of Si⋮Coil® for electric mobility and consumer electronics; the deal was structured as a €1M convertible loan.
