This was the first institutional round, €1.5M led by the US fund PeopleFund with Spain's Faraday Ventures taking part. It closed seven months after launch, when Playspace had more than 3M users on Tuenti and Facebook. The money was for new games, mobile versions for iOS and Android, and expansion into the US and Latin America. Mola.com incubated the company.
