Earned-wage-access and flexible-compensation fintech Payflow raised €10M in a round fully backed by German fund Cusp Capital, which becomes its largest shareholder; the deal combines primary and secondary. No stage label was disclosed. The company has now raised €24M in equity plus €27M in debt (including €20M from BBVA Spark) and bills over €6M a year.
