Roka Furadada closed a €2.3M round led by O Financial Club (OFC). Existing shareholders took up all of it, including business angels and the Women Angels for STEAM network. Press called it the company's third private round but gave it no stage label. It is filed here as a Series A follow-on because the investor group is the same as in 2021. The money will pay for new photo-adaptive and cosmetic ingredients (including for acne and hair health) and for international sales. Total funding to date is over €8M, of which about €4.5M is public money from ENISA, CDTI and a €3.2M EIC award.
