SpliceBio closed a $135M (about €118M) Series B co-led by new investors EQT Life Sciences and Sanofi Ventures, with Roche Venture Fund joining and all existing backers participating. The money funds the Phase 1/2 trial of SB-007, its dual-AAV gene therapy for Stargardt disease, and expansion of its protein-splicing pipeline; because the round was genuinely co-led, no single lead is recorded.
