Strong by Form closed €5.8M as the first tranche of a €10M Series A, led by boisei investments, the US family-office arm of boisei labs. The money goes to its Woodflow-core structural floor slab and a pilot manufacturing plant in Spain. ImpactAlpha reported the same close on 2026-08-13 as $6.6M toward a $10–15M target. It named Vinci as a strategic backer and also listed an undisclosed Chilean family office. Earlier, the company took part in the Biomimicry Institute's Ray of Hope Accelerator (2022 cohort), which is not a funding round.
