Stellum Capital took a minority stake in Syra Coffee in May 2023 through its Stellum Food & Tech I fund. The amount was not disclosed. Around then Syra said it was paying for its expansion with its own money, bank debt and backing from Inveready, whose Venture Finance III and First Capital III funds held the stake.
