A €15M Series B equity round led by the Dutch development bank FMO, with new strategic investor Bankinter and existing shareholders Quona Capital and Working Capital Fund. It was announced alongside a €150M purchase-order securitisation fund led by Banco Santander. The €165M headline (about $190M) covers both parts.
