Urban Roosters — Unstaged equity

Ninety Two X, an investment firm focused on the emotion economy and live experiences, took a significant minority stake in Urban Roosters. The press describes it as a capital injection to fund expansion into the US, UK and Brazil, the UR Records music division, original formats, licensing and a community monetization app. No amount was disclosed and the press does not say whether the money is new shares, existing shares or both. Jordi Mora Esteve (founding partner of Ninety Two X, formerly at Miura Partners) and Dídac Lee joined the board. Coverage was syndicated in Latin American press on 7 July 2026.
