Ampersand Capital Partners made an undisclosed growth equity investment in VIVEbiotech to expand its lentiviral vector development and manufacturing capacity. Stefan Beyer became chairman. elEconomista reported that Inveready, which had backed the company through its growth phase, exited the capital. Earlier in 2024 the company had been reported to be looking for a partner to fund a €40M expansion.
