Wooptix's first financing round was a Series A of $3.3M (about €3M, as reported in Spanish press), co-led by Bullnet Capital and Intel Capital, with Caixa Capital Risc also investing. At the time the company was focused on computational photography and light-field imaging. Intel Capital's Erik Jorgensen and Bullnet's Javier Ulecia joined the board.
