Novicap raised €1M in a capital increase co-led by two existing shareholders, Partech Ventures and Techstars Ventures, taking total funding raised since 2015 to about €3M. The money was to fund expansion into Northern Europe and the US. Taulia founder Markus Ament joined the board. This was an insider follow-on with no stated stage; it is filed as Seed because it followed the seed round with the same investors.
