Madrid-based 8Layers, founded in 2024 by four ex-Devo executives, closed a €1.5M capital increase led by JME Ventures to build out its cloud identity threat detection and response platform and expand across Europe. The company later extended this pre-seed with a further €1M, taking the total pre-seed to €2.5M.
