Secways is the Barcelona-based family office of Pere Hospital, co-founder of the cloud-hosting company Cloudways, which DigitalOcean acquired in 2022. It invests in pre-seed and seed startups, favouring experienced founders building software-based, category-leading products, and also backs search funds and other venture funds. Its focus sectors include B2B SaaS, enterprise software, remote-work tools and sports technology, with an average ticket of about €150K. Its venture vehicle, Secways Ventures SCR, is registered with the CNMV. The portfolio has about 35 companies, funds and search funds, including NorthOne, Kenmei, Zefi, Ludus and Kolyy, and Henry Meds is among its exits.
