NNextclima
Nextclima (Grup Nextclima) is a Catalan HVAC and ventilation services group created in 2025 by search-fund investor Marc Giné through his vehicle Terra Firma Capital, which simultaneously acquired two established installers — Airnou (Granollers, founded 1992) and Termotur (Pineda de Mar, founded 1951) — for roughly €10M. The group installs and maintains air conditioning, heating, ventilation, aerothermal and industrial refrigeration systems across Barcelona, Tarragona and Girona, with ~70 employees (40 technicians, 8 engineers) and combined revenue above €10M, and plans further buy-and-build acquisitions of €2–10M revenue firms across Spain. It is a search-fund-backed SME roll-up rather than a venture-backed startup.
