Cabify carried out a €20M capital increase fully covered by three existing shareholders — Orilla Asset Management (the Riberas family office), Mutua Madrileña Ventures and Rakuten Capital — to consolidate growth in Spain and reinforce Cabify Logistics in Latin America; Rosauro Varo and Seaya did not follow on. No series letter was officially disclosed and no lead was named; it is treated here as a follow-on to the 2022-2023 growth financing (some databases label it Series F).
