BBVA Spark provided a €2.5M financing line (venture debt, backed by the EU and the European Investment Fund under InvestEU) to PropHero, an AI-driven property investment platform that recently moved its headquarters from Australia to Spain, now its main market. The funds reinforce operating liquidity and its Spanish expansion; PropHero operates in Spain, Australia, Ireland and Indonesia and expects to double activity in 2025 to €50M.
