Roseo Eólica Urbana received a €325,000 CDTI NEOTEC 2023 grant, co-financed with EU Recovery (MRR) funds, for its project 'Desarrollo de un plan de negocio de aerogeneradores urbanos' (a business plan for urban wind turbines). The grant appears in CDTI's final NEOTEC 2023 resolution of December 2023. It is non-dilutive public money and is not counted as a round. The company has also had BEAZ (Diputación Foral de Bizkaia) support and BBK Ekin programme backing, but no amounts or closes were reported for those. Profiles also say it was closing an equity round through Al-Andalus Innovation Venture, with a first investor said to have joined in December 2025, and the company register shows a capital increase on 12 March 2026. No investor or amount was ever reported for that round, so it is left out.
