RRoseo Eólica Urbana
Roseo Eólica Urbana is a Portugalete-based (Bizkaia) cleantech company developing urban wind energy solutions for buildings. Its products include Rosbi, a modular rooftop wind turbine designed to capture the wind currents typical of cities, and Anemoi, a wind-resource assessment service launched in May 2024 that combines anemometer measurements, CFD modelling, wind maps and cloud reporting to choose installation sites and certify generation data; it also designs hybrid wind, solar and other renewable systems for near-zero-energy buildings. Clients include the University of the Basque Country, Bomberos Euskadi and the municipalities of Bilbao, Galdakao, Aulesti, Derio and Plentzia. The project began in 2017 as a degree project at the Eibar School of Engineering, and the company was incorporated in June 2020. It has been backed by a CDTI Neotec grant (2023) and BEAZ support, and it brought in its first private investor in December 2025 as part of a funding round.
