AAlter5 — Unstaged equity
Mutua Ventures, Mutua Madrileña's corporate VC arm, took a 10% stake in Alter5, an AI platform that digitises how alternative financing for companies and projects is originated, structured and distributed. The amount and whether the shares were new or existing were not disclosed; the EIF has backed Alter5 since 2021.
