Cabify — Series F (estimated) · approximately $67M

Cabify announced it had closed $110M of financing made up of equity and debt. The equity came from Orilla Asset Management (Francisco Riberas's family office, which led), AXIS via Fond-ICO Next Tech, other investors, and Mutua Madrileña's July 2022 investment for a 1.26% stake. The debt was the €40M EIB fleet loan of December 2022, reported as its own event. The equity part is about $67M ($110M minus the roughly $43M EIB loan); El Referente put the whole capital-and-debt package at €91M. No source names the stage, so it is inferred as the next one after the 2018 Series E.
