Seaya, through its Seaya Andromeda growth fund, took a minority stake of close to 30% in Barcelona-based AI-driven digital marketing company Adsmurai in a deal reported at up to €30M and valuing the company at around €100M. Founders and management retain majority ownership; Adsmurai billed over €100M in 2024 and targeted €140M in 2025 as it accelerates international expansion and AI product development.
