TRIBBU, the Madrid carpooling platform formerly known as Hoop Carpool, closed a round of just over €2M co-led by Iberdrola and transport operator Grupo Ruiz, which put in roughly €1M each as strategic partners; Eleva Legal advised. The company, which has completed over 500,000 shared rides with 100+ corporate and university partners, will use the capital to expand in Spain and Latin America, with Mexico as a priority.
