Overture Life — Debt · €20M

The European Investment Bank signed a €20M venture debt loan with Madrid-based Overture Life to fund automation of assisted reproduction processes and AI tools to improve IVF outcomes. Proceeds go to R&D, manufacturing scale-up, clinical trials and European commercialisation of its DaVitri vitrification platform; the operation is backed by InvestEU and forms part of the EIB's TechEU initiative.
