Inveready invested €5M in Experience Group, a Madrid-based operator of retail and distribution for international fashion and sports brands such as New Era, Vans, Clarks and Columbia. The deal was structured through Inveready's fourth venture debt fund alongside Santander's Trainera vehicle and InvestEU backing, leaving Inveready with a minority stake of under 7%.
