Ideaded, a Catalan developer of "beyond silicon" sustainable microchips on flexible substrates, closed a €22M strategic round co-led by the Spanish state technology vehicle SETT — which put in €9.5M via the PERTE Chip programme — and defence group Escribano Mechanical & Engineering. The money funds new machinery and completion of its pilot plant, targeting 50 wafers per month.
