IIdeaded
Ideaded is a Spanish deep-tech semiconductor company developing chips based on low-dimensionality materials (e.g. carbon nanotubes) and flexible substrates that go 'beyond silicon', plus quantum control technologies and a hybrid classical-quantum infrastructure stack, targeting AI/HPC, mobility, robotics, energy and defence applications. Founded in 2015 in Girona and now headquartered in Viladecans (Barcelona), it opened what it calls the largest private semiconductor cleanroom in southern Europe, a 500 m² €12M facility, and employs roughly 60-100 people, around 90% of them PhDs. In November 2025 it closed a €22M strategic round (~$25.4M) led by the Spanish state vehicle SETT under the PERTE Chip programme with Escribano Mechanical & Engineering taking 5.8%.
