Madrid-based Anyformat closed a €3.3 million seed round led by Kibo Ventures, with follow-on participation from existing backers 4Founders Capital, Abac Nest Ventures and Decelera Ventures, to scale its generative-AI platform that extracts and structures data from contracts, invoices, emails and presentations while keeping data sovereignty. The company had previously raised €520,000 in June 2025 and forecasts surpassing €1 million ARR in 2026, with customers including the Government of Singapore, L'Oréal and IAG.
