Spanish neobank MyInvestor completed a €30M capital increase at a valuation of nearly €300M, subscribed by its existing shareholders led by majority owner Andbank, which kept more than 50% of the capital. It is a corporate capital increase rather than a staged venture round, so no venture stage or lead investor was reported.
