AAndbank
Andbank is a private banking and asset management group founded in Andorra in 1930. Its Spanish arm, Andbank España, is based in Madrid. The group invests in start-ups as a strategic and corporate investor, both directly and through Actyus, its alternative investment manager set up in 2022. Actyus runs venture capital, venture debt, fintech, private equity and real estate vehicles, including the €60M Actyus Fintech I fund, which backs fintech companies in Europe, Latin America and the United States. Andbank led the $108M round in Brazilian fintech Creditas and the €25M round in Madrid smart-housing start-up Libeen, and has also backed VIVLA, MyInvestor, Energy Solar Tech and Mundi.io.
