MyInvestor — Series C · €45M

Spanish neobank MyInvestor announced a €45M capital raise co-led by Nortia Capital (the Lao family holding) and family office Arama Futuro, both entering the shareholder base, with support from existing shareholders Andbank, AXA and El Corte Inglés. The €45M is the capital gathered over the preceding twelve months, of which more than €20M came in a round closed in December 2023 and part corresponds to the conversion of previously issued convertible shares; the raise lifted CET1 capital above €60M and the TIER1 ratio above 40%.
