Biotech-focused equity crowdfunding platform Capital Cell raised €650,000 to fund its European expansion after CNMV authorisation to operate in seven more EU countries. Half the round was an ENISA loan (~€325k), about €200k came through the SeedBlink platform, and the rest from private investors including Wavelength founder John Bethell.
