Capital Cell is a pan-European crowdinvesting and alternative investment platform dedicated to biotech, health and life sciences companies, letting retail and accredited investors co-invest alongside VCs and business angels in early-stage rounds (Seed to Series A/B). Founded in Barcelona in 2015 as Europe's first life-sciences-specific equity crowdfunding platform, it has channelled roughly €107-162M into 120-170 funding rounds and is CNMV-authorised to operate across the EU (France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark) plus a UK arm.
