Málaga foodtech Boldini, which makes gourmet sugar- and additive-free ice cream in 30 seconds via a proprietary machine-and-capsule system, closed its second funding round led by an unnamed Dutch investment group, with Moraleja Partners advising on investor selection. The amount was not disclosed; the money is earmarked for entering the HORECA channel in Q3 2024.
