Boldini is a Málaga-based foodtech company that makes gourmet-quality ice cream using a proprietary machine-plus-capsule system, producing a fresh scoop in about 30 seconds from a frozen dose. Its range is built on natural ingredients (selected fruits, pastry chocolate, nuts, honey, coffee, sweet wines) with no additives or colourants, and includes sugar-free, fat-free and vegan options; roughly half the line carries a Nutri-Score A. The concept launched in central Málaga in August 2020 and its first plant can produce 5 million capsules a year; in March 2024 it closed a second funding round led by an undisclosed Dutch investment group (advised by Moraleja Partners) to enter the HORECA channel.
