Víver Living Drinks (originally launched as Víver Kombucha) is a Granada-based producer of non-alcoholic fermented drinks — organic kombucha, fruit kefir (Kéfrutas) and 'living sodas' — made with a slow ~40-day natural fermentation and no added sugars or additives. Founded in 2019-2020 by industrial engineers Raúl de Frutos and Fernando Martín, it became Spain's fastest-growing kombucha brand and is sold in 4,000+ stores including El Corte Inglés, Carrefour, Aldi, Eroski and Consum, plus Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer in the UK and Albert Heijn in the Netherlands. It has raised roughly €1M from angels and a regional fund, partnered with juice giant AMC Natural since 2023, reached break-even in 2025 on ~€3M revenue, and in March 2026 restructured by spinning out a production company, Natural Brewing, to drive international expansion. It is based in Granada/Atarfe.
