Hyperloop company Zeleros brought public-private fund Impulse Tech Fund into its shareholder base alongside existing investors, as it pivots toward electromobility, batteries and autonomous systems for maritime, aerospace, defence and logistics. The amount was not disclosed; Impulse Tech Fund subscribed a first tranche of a round with a second tranche planned for later in 2024.
