Joppy, a tech-recruitment matching platform based in Sant Andreu de la Barca (Barcelona), closed a €530K round made up of €300K of private investment from existing and new business angels — roughly €100K of it crowdfunded from its own community of developers and CTOs at €2,000 minimum tickets — plus a €230K ENISA public loan. Alongside the round it acquired the business assets of shutting-down rival Rviewer, taking its base past 70,000 developers.
