JJoppy
Joppy (legal entity Tres Techies, S.L.) is a Barcelona-based tech recruitment platform "built by developers, for developers", where engineers create anonymous, CV-free profiles and swipe on salary-transparent job offers, and only companies whose offers they accept can contact them. Founded in 2018 by three tech workers from letgo, Trovit, CartoDB and Incubio, it claims a community of ~129,000 "Joppyters" and over 3,500 tech roles matched, and is led by CEO Nico Bour (ex-co-founder of Uvinum, sold to Pernod Ricard). It closed a €530k round in 2022 (€300k equity from business angels plus €230k ENISA public funding, a third of it crowdfunded from its own user community) and acquired the assets of Rviewer; no institutional VC fund is on the cap table.
