Taalentfy is a Spanish SaaS platform for employability and career guidance that connects educational institutions, students and companies, using AI and soft-skill assessment to match candidates on competencies rather than CVs alone. Its products include white-label job portals, virtual job fairs and the Orientiaa AI career-orientation platform, sold to universities, business schools, companies and public administrations in Spain and Latin America. Founded in 2016 in Málaga by Alejandro González, it raised a €1.5M round in January 2026 led by Axon Partners Group (Axon Desarrollo Andalucía) and co-financed by CaixaBank, bringing total funding to roughly $2.3M.
