NNova Talent
Nova Talent (branded simply as "Nova") runs a merit-based, application-only professional network positioned as an alternative to LinkedIn, plus a B2B SaaS recruiting product called Nova Recruiter. Members are admitted through a multi-step vetting process assessing professional experience, academics and soft skills, and then get access to curated events, peer groups and job opportunities; the network claims 25,000+ vetted professionals across 80 countries and 800+ partner companies, with events in 30+ cities including Madrid, Barcelona, Milan and London. Founded in 2020 and building on the Nova 100 talent network that co-founder Lars-Henrik Friis Molin launched in Sweden in 1997, it raised €3.2M in June 2025 led by CDP Venture Capital and announced a ~$1.5M extension in 2026 (~$4.7M total), explicitly aiming to reach a Series A threshold later; it is legally registered in Sweden but operationally headquartered in Madrid with a Milan subsidiary.
