Inversiva, a Valencian platform for passive residential real-estate investing that buys, renovates and manages rental properties on behalf of retail investors, closed a €750,000 round led by Juan Roig's Angels Capital, with Spicy Ventures, several individual investors such as ex-cyclist Rubén Plaza, and an IVACE loan completing the operation. Some outlets reported the equity portion as €700,000; the startup says it has put over €30 million of assets on the market in 18 months and plans to expand to Italy and Portugal.
