Mallorca-based biotech Laminar Pharma closed a €5.9M round whose largest contributions came from the Matutes family, the Fundación Alba Pérez childhood-cancer foundation and Dentol Capital (the family office of lawyer David Devesa, already a shareholder), plus a long tail of retail investors from €3,000 upwards; no lead or stage was stated. Funds go to LAM561, an oral oleic-acid derivative in late Phase 3 for glioblastoma; the company has raised over €43M since 2006, €29M of it since 2021.
